Ok… you might have remembered me posting about the new (refurbished) computer that we bought for Tracy. Well today I finally hooked it up. Guess what. DEAD! No power… nada, nil, nothing. No indicator lights come on… no hard drive action… no fans whirling. Silence. Like death.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr… I just sent an email to the seller. Eagerly awaiting their response.
The eBay seller did have a favorable rating of 99.3% on over 35,000 transactions. I’m sure there’s a logical explanation. Right. Sure. Positive. ABSOLUTELY positive. Gosh I dislike computers some times.

Lonnie, that’s terrible! Maybe it’s something simple (we can always hope). I will ask Walter if he has any idea what it might be.
I got a response back from the sellers…
“I am sorry to hear that you are displeased with your purchase. Please complete the attached form and return it with the product. Please use RMA number 050702. Once the item is received at our warehouse, a refund or replacement your product will be shipped per your request. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Walter said the problem may be the power supply. He says if you bring it over, he will take a look at it (if you haven’t already sent it back).
