OMG, I’m actually watching the Mets now for the second day in a row. Classic… first four pitches of the game and they were down two nothing.
Five innings complete and the score is still 2-0.

something that they’re not telling the Baseball Gods. How can this day dawn so beautiful after the disasters of yesterday (Mets lost a day/night double header, and the Yankees were crushed 12-2). If any day should have been gloomy to reflect the feelings of diehard New York Baseball fans this would have been it.
